Get family member palm reading

Same state machine as GET /palm/user, scoped to a family member. Always returns HTTP 200 with a status field; poll until done or failed.

Request: Bearer token

Body: none

Success: 200 - body always contains status. States:

not_uploaded - no image for this member; show upload CTA.

pending / processing - palm_image_url present, reading is null.

done - palm_image_url + full reading object (personality, love_life, career, health, lifespan_indicators, key_lines, yearly_prediction).

failed - analysis errored; allow re-upload.

Errors: 401 - invalid/expired token | 404 - family member not found for this user
