Update profile image - Hasta Backend

Request: multipart/form-data

Upload or replace the authenticated user's profile photo (JPEG / PNG / WebP, max 5 MB). Deletes the previous image from storage if one exists. Requires a valid Bearer token.

Body: profile_image

Success: 200 - data is the full updated profile (same shape as GET /users/me), so the client can update its local state from this response without a follow-up fetch.

Errors: 401 - missing/invalid token | 422 - invalid image type or size
